SmartSign Disappointing Experience with SmartSign: Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I recently bought a sign from SmartSign and was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. The first sign I received was damaged, which was a bummer. But then when they sent me a replacement, that one was damaged too! And to make matters worse, they charged me extra for priority shipping on the replacement sign. What a ripoff!

Overall, I would definitely not recommend SmartSign to anyone. Their customer service was terrible and the quality of their products was subpar. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to buy from.

SmartSign Disappointing Experience with Smartsign.com: Slow Shipping and Lack of Communication

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience at smartsign.com. I placed an order for some "Stock" signs more than a week ago, and they still haven't shipped! I've been trying to get in touch with someone at the company, but no one is answering my emails and no one is picking up the phone. It's really frustrating, you know? I mean, I understand that things can get busy, but come on. It shouldn't take this long to ship out some signs.

I was really hoping to use these signs for an event that's coming up soon, but now I'm not sure if they'll even arrive in time. And the lack of communication from smartsign.com is making me even more anxious. I mean, I get it - they're probably dealing with a lot of orders and inquiries. But still, it would be nice to get some kind of response.

Overall, I have to say that I'm not impressed with smartsign.com. The lack of communication and slow shipping times are major drawbacks, and I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them again in the future. It's a shame, because I really liked the selection of signs they had on their website. But if they can't get their act together and provide better customer service, then I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

SmartSign SmartSign Review: Good Quality, Poor Customer Service Policies

I recently bought a custom sign from SmartSign, but unfortunately it came out wrong. I tried to return it by calling their customer service, but they wouldn't take it back. Apparently, according to their company policies, they don't accept returns. I was really disappointed that they wouldn't fix their mistake or even acknowledge it, especially since it was their fault in the first place.

However, I will say that the sign itself was of good quality and looked nice. It was just a shame that I couldn't get it fixed or exchanged. I would recommend being very careful when ordering from SmartSign, and double-checking all the details before submitting your order. If something does go wrong, don't expect them to be very helpful in resolving the issue.

Overall, I think SmartSign has some good products, but their customer service policies could use some improvement. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't turn out right, and then not be able to get any help or support from the company. I hope they will consider changing their policies in the future to be more customer-friendly.
