It's is a scam , I'm bought a flight ticket for my mom two weeks ago , and today when she going to airport she noticed they ticket isn't ready , they received my money and never transfer to azul. When I call them, they tried sell a double price ticket , simple canceled my transaction without sent me a email or call, mom call me crying from airport, she will flight because my stepbrother have a cancer...this company make the worst end of year off all times...it's a scam don't use...

If I could give 0 or even negative - 0, I would do it. I don't know why I should evaluate fraudulent organization?! Scammers! Avoid them by all means. I was charged triples for seats I have never selected. After that called 5 times or more customer service in India, where Ryan, Roger, Rajeev, etc., etc., we're trying to cheat me. Finally they said they will refund me 63% back within 7 business days. Avoid by all means! Scammers!
