Smart Vision Installations review: Replace lnb and coax cable

on the 17 October the above company came to repair my dstv, they replace the lnb and 27 meters of coaxcable.
as you can see on the tax invoice they charge r 22.00 pm for the coaxcable and r 850.00 for the lnb
is this possible?
