This company has repeatedly charged me for "violations" ie locked out, false statements and when you complain, NOTHING GETS DONE. I am NOT ALONE in shady business practices with this company. If you file an incident report you are SUPPOSED to have a reply within 7-10 business days. That is a joke! It is just more money to them. THIS NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED!

Desired outcome: Put this "business" on notice, refund my money and fine them SUBSTANTIAL $$$ for doing these shady/illegal practices

They should have been FINED $$$$ BIG TIME for all the people they scammed. I would GLADLY join a class action lawsuits against them. They deserve to be put out of business!

dont even get me started. i had an email from road safety telling them to remove and no longer continue certain charges and not only did they anyways buit she cancelled my license for delinquent account which caused me tickets, prohibs and even the loss of my entire vehicle. i say a class action suit is warranted here. these people are shady af

Happening to me as well. ABSOULTELY A SCAM! I can't get any help online or the several 800 numbers that lead to the same LOOP and never answers. I was charged repeatedly for things I don't even know why because NO ONE answers and the Faulty Equipment isn't a FLAW but a FEATURE.

Everyone is helpless to do anything about it!

CLASS ACTION IS NEEDED...
