I had an in-home interlock device court ordered in 2023. I have since served my time and I’m no longer required to have the device. I have been working since February to get the removal to go through. I’m about to take legal action. Every time I deal with them, I’m told to fill out the removal request and contact my monitoring authority for the paperwork needed for removal. I no longer have a monitoring authority. I have given them every last bit of documentation that I have stating that my time was served and I am no longer on supervision. I’m trying desperately to get my drivers license back and nobody at this ridiculous place will help me. Every time I call there’s no supervisor available there’s nobody to talk to. And I’m just going around in circles. I have not been able to drive which is affected my work my health, my mental health. We are more than willing to sue the company if something does not happen soon. I have all of my documentation of my emails. I can pull up my phone records of how many times I’ve called and tried to get this taken care of. Absolutely terrible company.

Desired outcome: I want to removal process immediately with documentation stating that it has been done.
