I did order # 6200 Safari 36" X 16" Complete Luxury LED Music shower system digital display and the product is arrived after over a month. I did not know come from China. The metric system they are used not similar to US. My installer said they can't install it. I did call the the office to return. After numerous phone call and email and they finally answer and they toll me to send it back. I did send it back and they received it with FEDEX tracking. However, I contact them for the refund but they don't refund my order and they kept my order plus my money and shipping fee.

Claimed loss: ~$2600

Desired outcome: Want is full refund
