SM San Fernando Pampanga review: Poor cashier service!

On the 23rd of September Me and my husband we're at the baby section to buy baby crib, mattress, comforter set and more. After deciding to purchase over 25, 000 thousand worth of merchandise upon check out at the cashier next to the baby section, you're very unhelpful cashier lady decided to fight me over the name on my credit card versus the name on my I'd because I have a long name that wasn't included the full name in my credit card. But since I have purchased few months ago with my same credit and I'ds and the transaction went smoothly as I clearly explained to her and showed my proof of receipts of transactions of the same card she dismissed me by pretending to call someone and giggling, she returned to me telling me we couldn't proceed with our purchase. I assumed the store doesn't need a loyal customer and top spender So for me to treated with such disrespect as if I'm stealing something infront of everybody that were listening by some untrained cashier is totally UNACCEPTABLE! I came from a hospitality background and we never treated our customers that way. This is Kerlyn Ignacio Tayag and I'm still looking forward to buy that crib that your cashier didn't allow mw to buy with my own credit card, so what do you recommend we should do here?
