In March 2018 I purchased a £18 Train travel concession card and unwittingly tickets a small box asking for discount details.
Starting 3/4/18 and for the next 49 months £15 was deducted in total £735.
I complained in March 2022 and received a refund of 3 x £15 = £45 on 6/4/22
I was informed then and in three further calls the forms for reclaiming the balance would be e-mailed to me but they were never sent and I believe the people dealing with this type of complaint are following a script and know this will never transpire.
How do I take the these rogues to court or can you help me please.
Desired outcome: Full refund paid of £ 690. I will waive interest charges.
