SlickCar.com Must be China counterfeit trash

Ordered a set of halo led projector headlights, a HID High Low beam conversion kit and a set of euro Tail Lights. They sure named the outfit well "slick" The tail lights were manufactured incorrectly and had to be modified to fit, one Halo did not work in a Headlight, one headlight bulb was flopping all over, improperly mounted. Paid $600 for their junk and they did not even have the decency to reply to my request for assistance/help with the problems. They sell junk, stay clear, word to the wise. Must be China counterfeit trash. Slick crew is right.

Sent wrong product. Blamed me for their item description and picture being wrong. Told me they'd correct it, two weeks later they had still not even ordered the correct part from their supplier.

SlickCar.com Advertising a certain item and sending another is fraud

I ordered a "Commando KE-40" keyless entry system (it says so on my order confirmation). I received a "Scytek G25/G20" system. When I called to return it I was told they would refund the sales cost but I had to pay all the shipping. They said the "G25/G20" replaced the Commando product and admitted they hadn't updated their web site yet. I search and found that I could have bought the "G25/G20' system at many different locations for less money with additional components i.e. a motion detector and an alarm siren (in some cases with free shipping). To me advertising a certain item and sending another is fraud! I suggest avoiding this company, there are many stores that sell the exact same stuff and do so honestly.

SlickCar.com They don't do what they say they will do

Bad customer service. No return phone calls. They don't do what they say they will do. 2 months and still waiting for an order to close. Only received partial order. This place really sucks and I don't expect them to stay in business. Lost about $300.00 Dealing with this company is like playing craps and it looks like I crapped out.

I have purchased from Slickcar.com many times in and have never had a problem. The service on the phone was good and the products were great. I have nothing to gain by writing this I just can't stand when people try to trash a company because they are either the competition or they are just upset that they made a mistake. Just my 2 cents.

SlickCar.com Buy at your own risk

I ordered an alarm system for my wifes Chrysler. They have said that the alarm system was not sent by some error...called 2 weeks later to find out what happened. they said the alarm will be sent 2nd day Fed Ex. A week goes by, still no alarm system. I called today and luckily got a hold of somebody. Being tired of their crap, I demanded a refund of all of my money. They did not want to refund, but finally said he will process the refund today...we will see...

SlickCar.com Highly do not recommend this company

Placed order for LED tail lights and Grill for 300C - after 2 weeks finally received the lights only part of them didn't work. never received the grill. Continue to get the same tracking number as the lights - UPS has no record of the grill! no one will return my emails now on the grill and this has been a month. Now I have to fight with my bank to get the money back on card since it is a debit card and not a regular credit card. oh joy! I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company!

SlickCar.com Bad customer service

I had ordered 4 shocks and coil-overs for my car and sickcar.com sent me the wrong parts.

They specify on the receipt that my order was filed by UPS When UPS delivered it was the wrong part. I first called them and they put me on hold for half an hour. I then called them again to speak with an ambivalent representative. He told me that he would send me an order form so that I can send the wrong springs back on 10.16.09 and has not sent them out to me yet. They also told me that I had two more orders sent to me via FEDEX (which is not stated on my receipt! only UPS ground shipping shows). I called them on 10.20.09 to resolve these issues only to speak to a rude nasty customer service rep that stated he was also the manager and proceeded to insult me. I told him I wanted my money back he said that he would e-mail me the re-shipping info and has not yet.

These guys don't care if you get your order correctly or not they only want the money. If some customers fall through the cracks o well at least they got all the other suckers. Don't buy anything from slickcar.com! (sickcar.com)

You all sound like a bunch of crybabies who didnt get there way I bet they would complain about having to return an item to wallymart and have to wait in line I have been a slickcar customer for years and yes sometimes they make mistakes just like the rest of the world unlike the perfect people leaving inflaming comments but they always make it right which I bet they did in a these cases . So to all of you I say suck it up stop crying .

The name says it all...slick car... Buyer Beware! Ordered a replacement grill for my Jeep Liberty. They sent me one for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They made me take a photo of the grill and send it to them...even though I told them that the box it came in said Grand Cherokee and had the wrong part number on it. They told me they would get back to me on how to return it. A week passed and no word. I called again and was told that they would get back to me the next day. Again no word. I called again and they said they'd get back to me...this went on and on for seven tries. Finally they refunded my money...after 6 weeks of trying to get some sort of customer service from them.

I agree that Slickcar is a rip off. I have purchased a 5 -3/4 conversion headlight assy. They recommended three different types of H-4 bulbs. They sent me the high wattage bulbs and within 30 minutes the headlight assy. started to melt and cracked the lenses. I E-mailed them three requests on how do I get my money back and have heard nothing back.
First e-mail was sent 3/19/2010 2nd. Was sent 4-2-2010 and sent the 3rd. 4/28/2010.
As trying to talk to someone in person forget that..They put me on hold many times over 10 minutes
I will never purchase anything from Slickcar again!
Wasted $60:00 for a cheap plastice headligt assy. most I ever seem were metal to include the one I was replacing.
