Sleep Country Canada review: Premature matress failure
I purchased a new double matress in Dec. 2023 for $800. Though it would be a fairly high end matress. After approx 2 years the bed was failing and getting a big divit in the hip area. I measured according to their specs at 3.25 inches. I was warned that they likely won't warranty it. They looked awfully to find a stain on the matress around the chest area. Warranty was deemed null and void. This had nothing to do with the failure of the matress. Not even a sorry or willingness to reduction on another matress. Very disappointed and I won't be going back for a matress that I need to purchases asap. I can't even use it or a spare bed, it's that bad.
Recommendation: I would not recommend a matress from Sleep Country. I've slept on thousands of beds in my life and I've never seen a matress failure even on 50 year old best. That's the honest truth.
