Skyrun review: An oven cooker

I ordered a cooker and it's not up to a week since have used it and the oven glass broke. The company name of the cooker is skyrun. I expected the glass should be thermal resistance meaning it should have been able to withstand great amount of heat not shattering. Then assuming someone was around the kitchen at that time it happen, the person would have gotten hurt. Please I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible because I need it for my business.
