My luggage which was shipped last aug 7, 2017 and arrived manila last aug 8, 2017 with tha agent name; andrew diong from syria to philippine ans when he arrived from manila philippine he called up that I have to pay to the custom with the respective and assessment of the custom I made payment for I know that luggage is under my name and to be delivered soon. With his complete address of sender and receiver while I made a payments to the custom I send the amount to the friend of the agent and he withdraw as soon as possible, until the luggage was out from the custom last aug. 19 and the agent name andrew diong take out with the custom office last aug. 19 and take it to the hotel expecting that I can received it it so happen that the the agent called up that he needs an amount stating that a clearance from inb for to travel in iloilo asking another fee, so with an additional amount it seem that I have no enought cash so the company made send an email to me that being they are good company mr. Lawson mcmillian manager of skyline logistic s wrote an email to dtd aug. 18, 2017 2:53 pm stating this way good day masaam, onbehalf of my company skyline logistics, we the management hereby acknowledge your effort and we appreciate all you have done in the process of delivery. Our company is a reputable company, we the management is you assuring you of your sincerity and reliability to serve you in the way that is right. We apologies for the inconvinent that this has caused you and also we are using the medium to sempatisy with you over the death of you love one we are deply touched about it. And we pray that lord will replace your strenght from grace to grace. Amen. With this letter the following morning at around 8 am monday I was with the parish priest taking asking for prayer regarding my luggage. The agent called up asking for sorry because I tell him "you are a scam agent' why only this time that I need to pay the 82, 000. Oo for the nbi certificate to travel but I called up mark that they need more and mark told me not to give but after a few hours, mark called that the company had to shoulder the 82, 000.00n but the agent has to wait long days for the reason they could not send the money soon. Thingking al the while I was really confussed why it runs this way. And then I called up mark for I can make a loan to the bank for to pay the 82, 000.00 for the luggage will be delivered soon. So I made payment aug, 24, 2017 and at 9:57 am to banco de oro in the account of angelito p. Reyes jr. And right after aug. 25, 2017 the agent texted me"alright I will update you as soon as possible' dated aug. 25, 2017 at 1:22pm so im expecting the luggage to be delivered within that days but I called him up the agent the celphone no is answering th e subscriber can not be reached please try later so with this cellphone no the agent is +[protected] up to this from aug 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, sept. 1, 2017 the agent did not inform me regarding my luggage so I am scared and now I was confined in the hospital for treatment coz I really fell bad what happen to my luggage so with this said office I am so much afraid that it might be a scam by the agent. So I made letter to skylines logistics in the supervisory of the manager mr. Lawson mcmillian so many time they were not able to response to my emails I made almost half a million in the custome coz I request one of the custom employee to verify and also coincide to my payments. With all the effort I try to go to the nbi and to our custom office in iloilo they advise me to verify the agent who handle my luggage from syria to philippine. With my trust in confident to your good and trusted office and an international courier so well I am praying that it will not harm your good office if this will be settle as soon as possible. We were so much exhausted what we spent a lot of cash flow was sent to the agent name andrew diong from incoming luggage which was sent last aug. 7, 2017 and was received last aug. 08, 2017 by the custom. Upon arrival the agent called to send him $300.00 then immediately i send p15, 000.00 to the local person name angelito p. Reyems jr. With the account in bdo . Right after i called the agent if he received and response me that he already received the amount 15, 000/00 at 12:58 pm and the following he called he called up again that there is another payment to be paid in the custom amounting to 37, 250.00 for another payable so on that day i sent the amount of 37, 250.00 to the person angelito p. Reyes jr. On aug. 9, 2017 at 2:24 pm and they also response me coz they have receive it on the following day aug.9 2017 he called that i have to pay for the yellow tag for inspection in order the luggage will not be opened by the custom will in good as per instruction of mark moorgan he called up i have to pay for the reason he do not like to be open so what i did i called up the agent to change the name of the receiver because the bank is asking me why i keep on sending him the person angelito p. Reyes that i dont know him so i called the agent and he requested one of the staff personnel in custom to help him . And all the while and i sent the amount of 133, 000.00 for janice l. Andres and i ask the tell no. Luckily i give the cp no and ask or inquire her that how is the luggage according to the custom personnel ok the documents and the luggage is safe and under investigation so proceed to another stage inspection by the custom suddenly it was found out that i have to narrate the content and i narrated the content accordingly and during the scanning it was found that there was some money inside so in order that it will not be opened well it was safe and under the controlled of the agent and i immediately called to janice how is the status. But during the assessment of the by the custom they [censor] the luggage for 480, 000.00 . So i requested janice andres if rely true that the assessment if how much but the staff janice l andres it rely 480, 000.00 so being im scared that the luggage will not opened i called up mark moorgan that what will i do . According and the advise of mark moorgan i have to pay anyway you can make a LOAN to banks in order to pay as much it will prolong for approval i extend m a help to my friend in manila to lend me the amount and as soon my LOAN will be release i will return to her. Luckily she extend and it was debit to account banco de oro late in the afternoon aug. 16, 2017 at 6:25 in the afternoon in the name of angelito p. Reyes jr. And after that it still short of 140, 000.00 but the the help of the bank according to them they can release the amount so they lend me another 140, 000.00 and i make deposit aug, 18, 2017. At 2:58pm. Thinking al the while that i can claim i was expecting cos the procedure in the custom was already done so i am already finish the journey of almost half of million pesos just the reason the documents in the luggage was valuable so i made to pay and the aug. 19, 2017 the agent called up and he texted me the custom manager will report on sunday after mass to sign for the documents and he told me that he can bring to iloilo as soon as possible. So i i am expecting that sunday so that any needed i am in the house and i called him where is he now. He answered me madam i cant proceed i need a certificate from the national bureau of investigation (nbi) to travel so he added that she needs the amount of 82, 000.00 so im amazed again that another expense being i have no fund i called up mark moorgan why the agent again asked he told me not to pay coz he will call lawson mcmillian the manager of skylines logistics why the agent ask again the 82, 000.00 for what for. So mark moorgan called me to send my email to him so immediately to him for the reason he send to mr lawson mcmillian manager of skyline logistic and they made emails to stating that it runs this way (attached is the message to my email) and and i find something fishy and seem scam agent is doing to but the manager is sending the message that they have a GOOD SERVICe ans integrity with confident with mark moorgan who is the general in u.S. Army base now the agent agreed to mark that they will pay the 82, 000.00 but it will took them long and we both talk with mark is talking that if i can find the amount why not i will send to the agent with all the expense i spend i make another LOAN to the bank so well i make a deposit again of 82, 000 last aug. 24, 2017 at 9:57 am and i called to agent it was deposited in banco de oro in the name of angelito p reyes jr . As per advise of the agent. But because it was a holiday aug. 25, 2017 they make withdrawal. Aug. 25, 2017 i called up again to the agent and he texted me (alright i will update you as soon as possible) at 1:22 pm aug, 25, 2017 but due that it all accomplish with regards to the payments in the custom well im expecting to be delivered the following day but the agent can not be located or trace on the text or call every time i called him the answer is this way on the cp ( the subscriber can not be reach please
try later) so from now aug. 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, , 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 30 and sept 1, 2 2017 now answer from the agent so im so much depressed i was admitted to the hospital that i pay more or less than a million i was not able to receivedmy luggage so im asking you help and your kind attention on this matter.
