Skylark Pointe Apartments Morgan Properties review: Maintenance and office attitude

Having been a resident at Skylark Pointe apartments for many years I have to say the office and maintenance are the worst. I have been treated so bad by the office staff they are so rude and act entitled. Maintenance is the worst. My air conditioning still not fixed issues going back 3 year, I just stopped using it. Agreed to a new lease, had no choice, I do not feel I should have to pay the increase. Don't know who to address this to.
