However, on 6/2/22, I emailed them again to inform them that I had not received the refund. On the same day, *** emailed me back, stating that my refund request was complete and advised me to check with my bank for an update. I decided to wait a couple of days and on 6/6/22, I called my bank. They informed me that they had not received anything and there were no pending transactions. The bank suggested waiting a few more days to see if the refund would be credited. So here we are today, on 6/11/22, and I still haven't received my refund. I really need your assistance in getting my money back.
