Sincoheren Limited review: Warranty

I purchased an IPL ND YAG Laser multifunctional machine from Sincoheren Limited with a 3 Year warranty March 08, 2021. I am having an issue with the machine. I contacted Sincoheren Limited I was contacted by several different people the person Zed who sold me the machine has told me several lies. Zed whatsapp [protected] I have been in contact with Sincoheren Limited Afterservice whatsapp [protected] and after sending videos to them of my machine, I was told I needed a water pump. I was quoted it would be $220.00 USD. I explained the machine was under warranty and that water pump is covered. Afterservice stop communication. Zed then contacts me and stated my machine only has a 1-year warranty. I sent a copy of my receipt showing where he stated in writing that the machine comes with a 3 year warranty. Now no one is responding to me. Zed continuously lied to me. I have contacted Sincoheren several times and no one is responding.

I have asked for management and no response.

This man with whatapp [protected] says he is a manager after sending him pictures of my machine and receipt with 3-year warranty he stopped responding after I would not go for the fake salesperson lie. I have been trying to get my machine fixed since May 2023 No one has contacted me in weeks.
