Simple Life review: Shelly and phone person

A company in Sioux City named "Simple Life" is usually known for helping the disabled. On Tues, 12, 28, 2021 two persons actions now make me not want to use Simple Life ever ever again, and I will not. One of the things listed for Simple Life to help me is on their list for me as transportation. The girl for simple life that day was whole heartedly griping about me not setting it up that I needed a ride for vaccines. So she takes me to get the flu and covid vaccines, and the instant that is done, I walk out and this girl Shelly was drving away. She tells Simple Life that she came in, looked for me, and upon not seeing me, she abandoned me to walk hope along with crippling nueropathy in the legs. She told Simple Life that she looked for me in the vaccination rooms, where if she had, she would have seen me. So I had to walk up 2 blocks on a steep steep hill, then 3 more blocks not on a hill. I get home and about 8 hours later, I have to use office chairs with wheels to get around my house, completely crippled. I tried calling Simple Life about it only to be greeted by a person having a major major bad hour or day. Completely uncalled for rude, obtuse and assinine and I mean major leage B-word. I have no idea of how I got ahold of her abain, but some how she knew I was one of the persons she was such a [censored] to, and apologized. The Shelly girl that abandoned me at Walgreens, I have heard nothing from her and would realy and truly like to see her in my crippling pain. She is inept and incopetent to be working with ANY disabled persons. A company that hires and keeps people like these deserves to be put under. With 48 years Diabetes I haved lived most of this horrble diabtic life always feeling less than I should. No one deserves any company doing this to them. I suspect that if I am ever in the presence of Shelly again something bad will happen to her, as deserved.
The woman that was answering the phone for Simple Life was just terse, rude, beligerant, NO, never should have ever been allowed to touch the phones for them, but there you go.
My hate and despising of people is now maxed out, brought on by these 2 working for Simple Life. I will refuse Simple Lifes services and never use them again.
