SimonMed review: Incorrect charge (an item which was not requested has been added)

Hi

I had 'Testicular with Doppler' last May 3rd (2023) from SimonMed and I received the bill recently (5/21/2023). As I knew, the order was only for 'US Exam Scrotum', but the bill had one more item named 'vascular study'. I don't know why the bill has another item that was not requested. The cost became $559.26 in total ($421.11: Vascular Study, $138.15: Scrotum). I would like you to take the vascular study item out of the bill.

The counter person said that I don't need to pay anything when I left. So, I was kind of surprised at the bill twice (one for the bill and one for the amount). It might be very helpful for future customers if the counter person let customers know an expected amount of charge.
