Scheduling
I was referred to SimonMed for an MRI for colon cancer. They called me and scheduled an appointment for May 23 at their San Bernardino location, about 2 weeks. On May 21, they called to inform me that they did not do that procedure at that location, or Redlands, or Riverside. Hi I had 'Testicular with Doppler' last May 3rd (2023) from SimonMed and I received the bill recently (5/21/2023). As I knew, the order was only for 'US Exam Scrotum', but the bill had one more item named 'vascular study'. I don't know why the bill has another item that was not requested. The cost became $559.26 in total ($421.11: Vascular Study...
Inability to get an mri
Two months ago Arizona Pain Center referred me to SimonMed for an MRI. I. was late for the first appt. I was unable to get the MRI at the second appt. because of my hip replacement. My third appt. was 01/28/2021. I was refused the MRI because SimonMed had not received an okay from United Health. I called United Health. They were no help. SimonMed would not give me any help. My pain is getting worse.
Desired outcome: Schedule appt.
