Hi I had 'Testicular with Doppler' last May 3rd (2023) from SimonMed and I received the bill recently (5/21/2023). As I knew, the order was only for 'US Exam Scrotum', but the bill had one more item named 'vascular study'. I don't know why the bill has another item that was not requested. Inability to get an mri
Two months ago Arizona Pain Center referred me to SimonMed for an MRI. I. was late for the first appt. I was unable to get the MRI at the second appt. because of my hip replacement. My third appt. was 01/28/2021. I was refused the MRI because SimonMed had not received an okay from United Health. I called United Health. They were no help. SimonMed would not give me any help. My pain is getting worse.
