My friend told me really bad story about Silverwood Log Homes. They have paid the deposit for the home. This company said to wait 6 weeks while they would prepare the house and all the documents. Unfortunately, after this time my friend received only fake promises and excuses. They still continued to wait, but this company didn’t rush or tried to solve the situation. Don’t sign any contracts with these people.
I am working for a contractor that has been getting the run around on his pay. I went and found some info showing he has done this in the past and is still doing so now. Two other contractors i know (still currently doing work )are owed a substantial amount of money.
I shared the reviews i found and was told i would be charged with slander. Cant get charged for the truth.
Would like to compile as much information as i can.

Oh boy, another person scammed by them. We are hearing non stop about trades they screwed over and the general public. Ken Ghavami from Windwood Homes is the owner of that company and super shady. We had friends that gave a deposit back in spring of 2015 as well and were supposed to have a house by the summer. Almost a year later and they lost their deposit to them. I think they are suing them right now, but get inline as the guys is a scammer they aren't likely to get anywhere. At least people are starting to speak out now as we see a lot of bad reviews now. Have your friends had any luck getting their house or getting things solved?
