We placed an order for 3 RCM 1oz Gold Bars on September 28th, 2017. We were excited to receive our order because the website said they had unlimited stock. But after 2 weeks, we started to get worried because we hadn't received our order yet. We decided to give them a call to ask what was going on.

To our surprise, we were told that they hadn't received the shipment from the Mint yet. We were a bit disappointed because if we had known that Silver Gold Bull didn't have stock, we wouldn't have placed an order. We were counting on that $5,000 to be part of our life savings, and 3 weeks was a very long time for our "money" to be in limbo. We think that the website should reflect the "real stock quantity" so that customers like us won't be misled.
