We remolded our townhouse June 2019-September 2019. During that time, we had Silestone quartz counter top installed. January 2023, we noticed a crack in our Silestone quartz counter top so we contacted the installation company 3CM to come inspect the crack to see if they could repair it. They came to inspect on January 19, 2023. 3CM advised that if they couldn't repair it they would notify Silestone rep to inspect the crack. An appointment was scheduled for 3CM and two others from Silestone Consentino on February 13, 2023. We learned from their visit that the Factory rep from Silestone says the crack is and installation/fabrication issue. And 3 CM says that it's a material failure/warranty problem that they installed the countertops to Silestone's specifications. All that to say, we are getting no where with the crack in the counter top from Silestone. Our representative from 3 CM has escalated our issue to the Director of Silestone operations in Tualatin, Or and Silestone refuses to take responsibility for a faulty product. We don't feel this is our responsibility as homeowners to have to assume the cost of a new counter top. We paid the asking installation price once for a product we expected to last longer than 3 years! We need help to resolve.

Desired outcome: We would like for Silestone Cosento Spain, to be responsible for replacing the counter top at no cost to us. We ask that they replace with the same counter top as before just better quality.
