Signature One Homes Flagler Beach FL review: Very incompetent builder

Signature One Homes of Flagler Beach FL. Is an extremely low ratted builder. Has no education of readding a certified Build plan. He built us a house, stole as much money form bank pay outs as he could. All windows leaked, A/C leaked under unit installed wrong, paid for Dade County certified hurricane windows and doors all window (cheap junk) Leaked inside house he saw and would not replace. Front and rear doors cheap junk not what we paid for. trim falling off wall. Plan had 4 lights in ceiling he put 10, Kitchen called for 4 he put 11. Two bath showers leaked under tile no shower pans, electrical problems. He also was the realtor for the lot he had no idea the house was too big, and we lost 20 FT. of yard due to the easements. He had no idea. all his promises of how he would be here to supervise and all his experience. He has no idea he hires the lowest possible crews to do the work. Never looked at plan and have a new dump. His License is in the 30% range in the State of FL. should not use a builder with less than 90% we spent 80,000 to fix all this Lier and thief's mistakes. do yourself a favor RUN from this Builder.
