This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

A rating of 91% seems high and appears to not be unbiased based on the facts and complaints.

"Several positive reviews for Sidecar Health have been found on various review sites. While this may be a good sign, it is important to approach these reviews with caution and consider the possibility of fake or biased reviews."

In checking Bing, Google, Trustpilot, and Chatgpt Sidecar negative reviews far outnumber the positive one.

"We looked up Sidecar Health and found that the website is receiving a high amount of traffic. This could be a sign of a popular and trustworthy website, but it is still important to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of the site before sharing any personal or financial information."

High traffic does not translate to popular and trustworthy. Due to inadequate customer service, members may try to use the website more frequently.

"While Sidecar Health has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 8 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints."
As a licensed regulated insurance company, ineffective complaint resolution is unacceptable as a persons health is at stake.
A pattern of not providing coverage, mishandling paying legitimate claims, attempts to avoid claims that under balanced billing must be paid and use of improper prior authorization procedures among other things should give rise to internal Compliance reviews and external regulatory oversight for correction.

Recommendation: Customers should contact their State Insurance Regulators to get help resolving problems.
