Shoppers Drug Mart

My sons battery died and he asked to use the phone. The lady at the counter at the entrance from outside said the phones in the store were not working. He then went to the post office and asked them. They were more than happy to let him Use the phone and also added the phones are fine in the store. I was so upset because he is only 15. And had to call for a ride and couldn't. If the post office had refused then it would've led to problems. I will never shop at that store again and will always say that one person there ruined it all for me
