Shopee Shopee express delivery rider

I want to complain regarding sa delivery rider dito sa area namin, nag call siya na nasa store na daw siya na medjo malayo sa bahay namin and naki usap ako kung okay lang ideliver niya right infront kung saan yung delivery address na naka lagay sa order ko since may sakit ako at hindi ko siya mamemeet sa store, but he refused and said tignan niya. After that im still polite and ask kung saan na siya until afternoon. Ngayon around 6pm tinignan ko sa shopee app ko. at tinag niya na wala ako sa area, well in fact na nasa bahay lang ako nag hihintay ng call or update niya, after few minutes tinag niya ulet na out for delivery and again tinag na buyer refused to accept the order na wala manlang siyang tawag or text at wala po akong sinabing cancel order ko. Nakaka disappoint lang na may mga ganitong rider na hindi niya nagagampanan work niya ng maayos, kung sinabi po sana niya na tinatamad siya pumunta sa bahay namin e okay lang naman po at sisikapin ko na imeet siya kahit may sakit po ako. Napaka bastos, sayang ang oras na hinintay ko ang parcel ko at the same time hindi siya naawa sa seller na nag effort para ipadala din yung item. I hope mabigyan siya ng disciplinary action. Thank you. Below attached proof ng usapan namin and yung pag cancel niya ng order ko, kindly check the time. Again, thank you.

Shopee I haven't received my order for 2 weeks now.

I ordered a gift last Jan 1, 2023. Until now we havent receive the order. I spoke to someone from there customer service on chat. In my first time I talked to them, they said it would be delivery 24 to 72 hours. By that time, I agreed with the resolution. After more than 72 hours, I still havent receive my order I talked to someone again from chat agent provide a same info. I asked for supervisor again. Still doing the same thing. I waited another more than 72 hours, which I talked to them again. I spoke to a rude agent and fake supervisor. Until I ask a manager in order to escalate there attitude. This is not the service what I wanna get.

Shopee Pay

I bought some soap at Shopee and went the soap was delivered, found that the expiry date was 1 year before. Returned the soap and money was paid into shopee pay instead of my bank account (as per my earlier payment). After the money was banked in, I couldn't use the money in the shopee pay to pay for other items as each time I wanted to use it, it keeps on initialising but nothing happens. Called up shopee customer service, shopee team many times for this past month for them to pay me back my money but each time calling them and explaining all over again doesn't seem to work. Emails to them are bounced back and also filling in their forms also cannot work. All I want is the money that was returned from the seller to me.

Shopee I purchased a small TV console of 120cm in length, seller sent a damaged TV console and refused to take back

I have filed for return and refund due to damaged item received and failed to be replaced by seller on 10 Dec 2022 after waiting from 3 P. M till 10.00 P.M.

I filed for return and refund for this order on 12 Dec 2022 and it was still under Shopee Guarantee period then.

Seller refused to come and collect his damaged item, mentioned Shopee will arrange for the return shipping

I contacted Shopee and have also mentioned that this is a big size item, a TV console. CS assisted to arrange the rubbish Ninja Van (a logistic company) to pick up on 16 Dec 2022, but again no show and no call after waiting from noon to 10:00 P.M. (I have to apply urgent leave to wait for the pick up)

On Monday 19 Dec 2022, Shopee again re-arranged for rubbish Ninja Van for the 2nd pick up. And again the missing in action repeated. No call, no update... nothing. On 20 Dec the 3rd pick-up also arranged by Shopee and again using rubbish Ninja Van, an Indian guy came and he was so shocked when he realised he need to pick up a TV console... this TV console is already a small one as compared to others with a much bigger living room size. He mentioned he don't have a vehicle to pick up such item and left. Again pick-up failed.

The next day Ninja Van called me, telling me the pick-up order has to be cancelled because they cannot pick up big item? By then the return period has lapsed.

I don't know what the Hell is going on between the seller, Shopee and Ninja Van... no coordination, no checking on the item dimension and size, no follow up and seriously no business ethics and responsibility at all.

This TV console has been laying outside my flat unit from 19 Dec till today 30 Dec. The refund and return period was over and Shopee simply just release the money to seller but no refund made to me. This whole thing is a big Nonsense and Scam.

If anyone is staying at Bukit Batok West Ave 8, Block 433B, you can go to #10-1581, the TV console is laying there and my money is still not refunded to me.

Lesson learned, never buy big size item from Shopee as if you cannot return it, Seller can be out to cheat you and Shopee is not safeguarding on buyer rights, you buy at your own risk.

Desired outcome: Get my money back and remove this damaged TV console.

Shopee Return to sender

I ordered 2 parcels separately from different sellers before the holidays, I went to the province for Christmas and purposely ordered ahead of time knowing the shipping would be slightly delayed plus its from overseas. It was estimated that the parcel may arrive on January 11-12. December.30, at 5:00Pm, I received an automated message from shopee stating that both of my parcels are out for delivery. The moment I received these messages, I immediately checked the app and to my surprise it already said "Delivery attempt unsuccessful: Buyer refused to accept order." I didn't get any missed calls, but mostly I thought they would make another delivery attempt the next day. I've read their RTS guidelines and I do not think the 2nd attempt should be on the same day.. its annoying cuz now I have to wait AGAIN and one of these parcels was supposed to be a gift for a loved one. Just as I was looking forward for these to arrive.

Desired outcome: PLEASE make sure the courier does actually make 2nd attempts ON A DIFFERENT DAY! Its stupid to make another attempt on the same day unless the buyer contacts the courier themselves and demands to deliver on the same day again.

Shopee No help from customer service.

I ordered dog food on 12.12 so definitely it is at discounted price. I got iAms 9 kilos for 1240 pesos. It was shipped on time by seller (handled by J&T) and it reached Punturin Warehouse on 12.16. It hasn't moved there for over a week so I contacted customer service to expedite the delivery. It finally moved on 12.27 so I expected it to be delivered around 12.30. The next day (12.28) I was confused because it was tagged as Return to Sender for the reason that I refused the delivery. I never refused anything nor I received a call or text for it. I contacted J&T and shopee but all they say is for me to reorder. I can't reorder at discounted price anymore and no one at shopee wants to help. I am really mad about it!

Desired outcome: I want them to give me the same price so I cam reorder or give me a 1000 voucher so I can process my order at the same price

Shopee Dog collar chain

As published by the seller they say its stainless steel when delivered to me I use magnet it stick to the magnet which means it is galvanise only I file a return refund complain but turned down by shopee so I will rather transfer to lazada because we are not protected by shopee amina is the name of the company I zhejiang china dec 27 2022 I recieved my order

Shopee Customer service officer bad attitude

On Tuesday, 27dec22 at around 8pm+ I was supposed to chat with a shopee agent to resolve my item delisted issue but instead of having my issue resolved, I encounter a bad attitude customer service officer by the name of Praveean A/L Pannirselvam.

firstly, the agent ask for the product link. But my product has been delisted due to violation of shoppee policy. Which I have no idea of what have I done wrong. This shows that he has no idea of what he is doing. Nevermind, maybe he is new.

After I have told him that my product has been delisted and therefore I can't provide the link to my product. I send him a screenshot of my previous order. Instead, he ask me to type out the order id. You can refer to the attached screenshot. Let me know if he has an attitude problem.

I also want to clarify, is it really that shoppee need 3 working days to resolve this issue? if that is really the case then I think there is no point having a 24hrs live agent. It is a waste of company time and money

I was not able to receive a message about my order for the Mayfair soap bar tracking#tracking#SPEPH02265545168C. I was just shocked that it was marked as unsuccessful delivery attempts and will be returned to seller. The other product which is Guava leaves powder tracking#[protected], I was about to pay that but I was not able to because there's no one in the house at the moment. I understand the payment first by the rider but as I told him that I'm on my way home, he also said that he's also on his way home. So, I just replied to cancel it as he suggested while he called me. The rider has an attitude problem without any consideration at all. I'm not sure if his the one who will also deliver Mayfair soap bar tracking#SPEPH02265545168C which was automatically marked as returned to sender. The rider's contact no. is +[protected]. I am worried that my other orders or future orders will not be delivered because of this rude riders behavior. Please take necessary actions for fhis concern. Thank you.

Shopee Illegal top up was succeed so my money was taken away from me.

On december 7,2022 @8:29 am my gcash was illegally top up to a strangers shopee pay account.but it took time that shopee acknowledge my complaint. It amount to 3,736.00.thus i received a sms confirmation it is not my transaction because i dont have any shopeepay account.my ticket number on shopee regarding my case is [protected] i wish for prompt response for christmas.

Desired outcome: I want my money to be refunded they can coordinate to dragonpay and gcash for investigation.

Shopee Customer service

they dont allow my family to have shopee account . without asking ,they stopped my account cuz they thought tge 3 account is all mine . but yoh ,is there a posibility that i have a family and we are able to go ti each others accoubt? service is so bad . i have money in that shopeepay and they blocked it . my money is gone .

customer hotline don bother calling ,no one pick up . they are always busy . i call 5 times a day and its all the same .

Shopee Refunds for cancelled order not processed by shopee

I purchase worth 1119 and had to cancel some orders as it will be shipped from overseas instead of locally. I've cancelled worth 986.00

Amount of 1119 was debited from my BDO Debit card and until now, no credits for 986 has been received.

Ive already called BDO and they confirmed no credits were issued and I also checked my posted transaction.

I called shoppee and they said, it was already processed but not showing on my end and gave me 45 days waiting time

Desired outcome: Credit it back via Shopeepay orto my BDO

Shopee shopee scam

Request ID 22120600h6xra2u - The seller sent me a cellphone case instead of a metal filing cabinet and a plastic drawer - I have made a refund request against nx0gpjf0_2 for scamming me. I was waiting for the courier to pickup the package so I can get my refund back . Since the courier was not picking up the package - I kept on calling shopee Philippines and also the courier but to no avail. Until now the package was not picked up but my refund request is now cancelled closed at Dec 12 14:05. No one contacted me from the dispute department, even after constantly reporting to the shopee agents, they just closed my refund request. The ammount to be refunded is 5,484 pesos.

Desired outcome: I would like to have them re-open the refund request and if the courriers are not picking up the item to be returned I should be refunded the entire ammount even if the item is not picked up as I really have no need for it

I had call Customer Hotline on 26/11/2022 and inform Safiuddin that my Credit Card already close by OCBC due to OCBC and NTUC discountinue.

On 27th November 2022 I called again and repeat myself that do not refund through my OCBC credit card which Abu Bakar mentioned that he will help me.

Then few days later I received another email from Hannan that it can be refund

through the credit card which already closed.

Can Shopee help to solve this case ASAP.

Shopee Rider

Hello,

I had multiple Shoppee orders before, never experienced such a very rude attitude rider.

He never attempted to deliver my parcel and was very rude on the phone when I spoke to him. He told me he don't know where my address is and doesn't have internet to find the address on the maps and he will reschedule the delivery but never did.

Now the order I had is being shipped back to seller.

Desired outcome: Want my parcel soon.

Shopee Company tactics by amazon

after receiving product i reviewed it and found defects. After giving review proceeded to chat seller but got a rude response, seller said that that's the way it is and, i should be the one to find a solution for the defect. Who does that?! selling a product that's supposed to be complete? selling shorts that you cant use the buttons because there are no holes for it?!

Desired outcome: an apology would be nice or banning the seller

Shopee Activate my refund on shopeepay

I never dealt with a big business as you are. I am in the Philippines and I have 3,500PHP credit and I can not activate the ShopeePay you have to do this thru a cell phone not on the computer also the chat function has to be done thru a cell phone. I am 78 years old and I can't see out of my right eye and my left eye my vision is bad. So seeing on a cell I have to use a magnifying Glass. My wife ordered stuff from the cell phone (My present computer) with a user id that was assigned to her (numbers and letters) When I received the computer that she ordered I went on Shopee website and created an account with my email address and my name as user id. I made a substantial order on a weekend November 26 and they gave a seller shipping date of Nov. 28 and on Nov 29 the item in order was cancelled this was on the weekend and maybe the seller is not open and they cancelled I can see 3-4 days later cancellation is acceptable. So my money is credit and I can not activate Shopee cause when my wife and I were on the cell phone we tried to get into my computer and we entered the cell phone number and that changed my computer account same as the cell phone account. Phone calls are long distance and I called 4 times and everyone gave me different answers, I don't think they know. I need to get access to my money so I can re-order the item they were so fast to cancel. I want a response from you on how I can get my money. Thank you [protected]@gmail.com

Shopee shopee banned our shop

our customer directly complaint to us and in shopee customer service about their parcel received ( damaged ) and they just banned our account without notification ahead of time and they didn’t gave us a chance to appeal/resolve.

It should process as return/refund request not directly banned our account. And they did not notify us ahead since this is our of shopee guarantee time.
