Shopee Entrego courier service

Please restore the choose a courier option in the shipping details of the app. My recent deliveries were handled by entrego, they were all grossly delayed with the target schedule of delivery. Mostly delayed by a week or two.

Desired outcome: allow us again to select a preferred courier to handle our deliveries

Shopee Unattended warranty claim by airbot malaysia (shopee.com. My/airbotmalaysia)

I had purchased the vacuum on 18 June 2021, and received it on 19-6-2021.

3. The Vacuum encountered malfunction on 26 October 2021 as it cannot charge itself. I tried to charge it manually, but the vacuum ejected.

4. I have made a complaint to Airbot Malaysia regarding this issue through https://shopee.com.my/airbotmalaysia and Whatsapp message to Airbot number 011-[protected], but unfortunately, no response was given until now.

5. I am also writing to inform you that I will be filing a complaint to the Tribunal For Consumer Claims, in 7 (seven) days from the date hereof.

Shopee Assisting shopee malacca to rent a warehouse in jasin area

I am the Real Estate Negotiator in Melaka that currently assisting Shopee Malacca to deal with a warehouse in Jasin area. Warehosue address : JC 8145, Jalan Perindustrian Jasin 5, Kawasan Perindustrian Jasin 77000 Jasin, Melaka. We been discussing since 22 Sept 2021 for this unit of warehouse. I was first communicate with the first representative from Shopee. Today, I was asked to follow up with this second representative from Shopee. Below was the conversation between us.

Tenant to initiate the Letter of Offer is a normal practice here in Malaysia. And I did mentioned to the first representative earlier as landlord prefer to follow the normal procedure. If Shopee insist all landlords to follow all procedures set by Shopee, should Shopee mentioned prior to any warehouse searching activities begin? I spent time and effort to get the warehouse, and was told they need CTOS to confirm this unit. And the CTOS report should be bear by agent. I agreed to pay that by believing that Shopee confirm to rent this unit. In the same time, Shopee's draft tenancy agreement been passed to the landlord as well to show their intention to rent. I was told to hold the unit as Shopee need some time to proceed further. At last, it ends up landlord refuse to sign the LO first, Shopee will just drop the case.

I think this is not so proper. Unless Shopee mentioned prior any services provided by any agent. If I'm informed that, Shopee will only look in to a business when landlord willing to follow each and every terms and condition set by Shopee. Then its fine. It's not the mater of the CTOS I had paid itself. Looking at the whole situation, efforts, time and other opportunity lost which caused inconvenient to both landlord and agent as well.

And to my understanding, the other unit that rented out in Melaka Krubong area, Shopee didn't force the landlord to sign the LO first. I keep all the previous conversation the previous representation as well. I am open if Shopee need more screen shots of conversation.

Maybe you should show your 'Letter of Appointment' by the landlord to the potential tenant.
The tenant just want to know whether the landlord and yourself are genuine? If you cannot solve their concern, you cannot blame them. Not all cases in real estate are the same.

Shopee [Shopee]Dispute resolution

Hello,
My English name is Lisa (Vietnamese full name: Phan Cam Tu, cellphone No. +84 - [protected]). I purchased a house-hold appliance (namely a Philips-brand blender) in Shopee Vietnam ("SP") app and nearly 01 month already my dispute with SP has not yet solved completely. Its value is about 1.3mln VND and the story is so simple as such. I returned the product to SP because it was supposed to be non-operational without the instruction/ guidance from the CS team in chat section in advance. Later on SP CS contacted back to me to inform there was a broken item and claimed on the customer's packaging responsibility. Although I have insisted that the intact goods sent out and I ONLY accept to receive back the parcel in case that the same condition as previously. However, the SP CS refused immediately my reasons and has guided me to contact the logistics company for resolution. In addition, I have tried to call the offices both in Hanoi & HCMC yet the line has been set up to disconnect automatically after 05 rings.
In brief, the issue is not so serious because which party defined to cause the damage to goods will be taken the responsibility of compensation. SP CS is unable to force the customer to receive the damaged goods, take the payment and close the ticket.
By this email, I strongly look for the cooperation from SP representatives to solve totally the issue based on the mutual benefit ASAP.

Shopee I am complaining about banning my account from this app.

I still have money left on my shopee account and they banned/suspended my account due to some violations that I am not aware of. Their customer service sucks! They copied and paste every single email that they're sending me. We're going around circles and up until now they don't have a resolution. I just want to get my money back. I am requesting shopee to release my funds on my account as soon as possible.

Shopee Voucher abuse, fake address - fraud

There are topics about voucher abuse and user able to create multiple accounts using neighbor address by putting in fake name.

Then someone will pick up all the parcels of the fake name and address from the seller ( how is that possible). Someone will pick up all the parcel will deliver to that 1 location. blk 101 Bukit Panjang

How is that possible?

Not sure if it is the same seller is same area, we heard they use the vouchers to buy the covid test kit using the new acct from Food Panda/ watson and 7 eleven ( meaning they got alot of new vouchers). Almost everyday can have 20 to 30 ART kit delivery over. They got almost like few hundreds. why need so many in one household when people are really looking for it too.
did they even mis-use the vouchers to get the covid kit in exchange for for monetary purpose. Think Organization should really look into this.

Thought it should not be happening at all.

How is that possible? How that fellow get so many numbers?

is there a big scam on vouchers abuse? is also happening in 574B Woodland Drive 16

Shopee I am permanently banned from buying using my legit shopee account.

I intend to buy this specific product and when I clicked the checkout button, there's a pop up message that says my account has been restricted from buying due to some violations that I have no idea about. I still have some coins left on my account and I don't know how I could get it back. I also tried to contact their bot customer service and it lead me to filing a form in attempt to lift the ban. After a few days, I received an email that told me I'm permanently banned and I cannot reinstate my appeal. :((

Same thing happened to me last saturday, 23rd of oct. Also received an email that they cannot lift the sanction on my account. I emailed back stating what specific policy did I violate that I have no knowledge of. Will wait for the reply.

Shopee Buck-i knife set

I would like to request from your good office that i was scammed a delivery.. Accidently I received a parcel with the J and T Express and the sender is (rfostore in Metro Manila, Taguig)...

I know that it is my mistake to receive it however I just want to report on this that they are using my complete name and other entity..

I wont made any order on the above - mentioned knife and I want to make a validation how come they are using my identity or identification on this.. How safe are we in making another order in SHOPPEE?

Shopee Bill payment not posted / refund

I used Shopee Pay as a payment platform to pay my loan with Cashalo last 10/15/2021 which is also my due date. I waited for the payment to post however I put the wrong Identifier Number which is my mobile number, instead of [protected] I put [protected]. Realizing my mistake I immediately contacted Shopee to ask if I can update my payment information sincethe payment has not been processed yet. I used their premium chat service thinking that I will get an immediate resolution about my dilemma since the payment is due that day and I don't want to be penalized for it.
The agent I spoke to advised me that it has already coordinated to their team, I was even provided a case # [protected]. I waited another 3-4 hours just before midnight if the payment was returned to my shopee pay account since I was advised that it has already been forwarded to the team and that I should receive it within 24 hrs. I even asked how long is the process for a refund and was told that it will be 48-72 hrs. Realizing that it will take longer if I will request a refund I opted to wait for my escalated issue to be resolved as it has a shorter period oftime for resolution. Upon checking the payment has not been returned yet.
I then again used the premium live chat to speak with a live, I was assured that the it has been escalated and that I should receive the refund within an hour.
The following day Saturday 10/16/2021 I still have not received my refund and again used the premium live chat. I was advised by the agent that I should receive it within the day. Not contented with the answer given to me I called their hotline to speak with an agent. I was advised that I should get my money and if I have not received the payment until 1pm I will need to call them. I then called after 1pm because I still have not received my payment yet. The agent I spoke to advised that I should be getting it within the day.
Since my payment has already been late I called cashalo advising them of what happened. The agent I spoke to was so kind to put a hold on my account to wait for the payment to post and also to avoid penalty to be added.
I then again checked this morning 10/18/2021 if the payment has been refunded to my shopee pay account but I still have not received my refund. I again used premium live chat to check what is happening with my request. The agent I spoke to told me that my concern has already been escalated and that I will again receive my refund within 24-48 hrs which the agent clarified that it should be business hours and that weekends and regular holiday is not included. I asked for any email confirmation that I can send to Cashalo advising them that I am coordinating with Shopee regarding my loan payment. The agent can not provide the request that I am asking and insisted that it has already been escalated and no need to request for a refund.
I then again spoke to another agent and was advised that the money should be given within the day since it has already been escalated. The payment has already been passed the 24hr processing. I explained with what happened to the previous agents I spoke to and the promises given to me. She then gave me a different case # and that she will monitor my issue personally after telling her that I will file a complaint to DTI. Up until now I still have not received the money yet and will have to wait up until tomorrow since their posting time will take 14-48 business hours.
Today is 20th of October and still have not received a refund. I received a text message from Cashalo demanding a payment from me which I forwarded to Shopee as a proof that the payment did not post. I used their premium chat service to send the information but the agent I spoke to only advised me that he/she will do a follow up. Already frustrated and sad about the issue I called the hotline and demanded to speak with a supervisor or a manager. The agent that I spoke to refused to give the phone to a supervisor telling me that the supervisor will provide the same information as her. The agent advised me that I will receive an update today in which I should be getting my refund instead. I demanded arefund but the agent advised me that my issue is still being reviewed by the "assigned team"

Shopee Servis kurier paling teruk alaf ini...

Seller post 12 okt. Last update 12 okt.. sekarang 15 okt, tapi status masih 12 okt. Telofon cust service haram tak menjawab. Tak tahu status barang sekarang, hidup ke mati ke... Dah la barang tu internal hard disk. Bukan kali pertama, tapi dah banyak kali berlaku. Ni la kesannya kalau customer tidak boleh pilih kurier... untung juta-juta tapi kuriet servis hampeh. Orang nak buat service kurier, kau nak juga. Tapi haprak... post dalam negeri yang sama pun ambil masa 4 hari nak sampai.. bengong..

Shopee Casio Vintage A100WE-1A watch purchase

I purchased the watch from ts_timepieces on 2nd Oct. 2021. The company advertise there are two units in stock, I purchased one @ RM 195. In the first chat (6 Oct), they claim they are preparing for shipment. In the second (10 Oct), they claim the item is out of stock. I suspect they are trying to con me and hog to sell them at a higher price since the watch is highly sought out. Please look into this if my allegations is correct

Shopee Delivery service

Saya buat tempahan barang dengan Shopee Supermarket pada 11/10/2021. Semua barang yang saya tempah ada tag ‘next day delivery'. Saya buat tempahan dengan shopee supermarket sebab tag tersebut dan saya memang memerlukan barang tersebut dengan segera. Tapi malangnya, sehingga 14/10/2021, barang tersebut masih belum dipos keluar oleh shopee supermarket. Ini bermaksud pihak shopee supermarket tidak memenuhi polisi ‘next day delivery' seperti yg tertera di aplikasi dan laman kedai mereka. Ini juga telah menidakkan hak saya sebagai pengguna di mana saya berhak menerima barang saya pada hari berikutnya setelah tempahan dibuat. Pihak shopee supermarket ternyata telah GAGAL. Saya telah membuat cancellation request pada 13/10/2021, tapi pihak shopee supermarket sekali lagi telah bertindak menidakkan hak saya sebagai pengguna dengan menolak cancellation request tersebut. Ini sangat tidak adil kepada saya sebagai pengguna. Saya mohon pihak shopee supermarket diambil tindakan sewajarnya kerana kegagalan mereka dan sikap mereka yang bertindak kurang ajar kepada pengguna.

My order was delayed for a month. All the customers of my business have complained to me. I have applied for return twice. None of your employees can make any solutions and cannot compensate for my loss. I will only be able to compensate for my loss a month later. Is there any fart to get my things? Shopee Shopee Philippines Return/Refund process

Hi. We hope that the company would notice our message. As a seller of Shopee platform, I would like to raise my concern about the new return/refund process of the platform.

This is for the reason that the company does not give equal processes with regard to buyer and seller. When buyers request for refund, without any evaluation, refund can be given automatically. As with us sellers, we need to undergo evaluation first and require a lot of supporting documents to have compensation, leaving us with nothing but to follow the policy, even if these may cause burden to us as refund is a serious matter not only on the buyer's side but on the seller's side as well, it would be unfair for us to just give the refund right away without providing justification.

Another concern is about the flaws of items, in as much as we want to ensure the quality of the items we sell, item flaws cannot be prevented, as sometimes this is due to the packing or delivery of items. With these, we would greatly appreciate if there is a counter offer button, in which sellers can give discount to the item with flaws. If the buyer does not agree with this, let the buyer return the item to the seller. This is to provide justification and not just gave the item for free to the buyers.

We hope you give due process of screening and evaluating for approval for both parties, buyer and seller..

Hoping for your kind consideration and feedback on this matter.

Desired outcome: We hope that there’s a counter offer button for seller to offer discount for items that is damaged and return the item mandatorily if buyer refuse it. Not like current process considering item is given for free when buyer filed for refund
