I have canceled my subscriptions for Shinesty at least three times and they keep charging for and sending me underwear. I have more underwear than I know what to do with now! I've sent two emails and am currently trying to call their phone number, but it stays busy. Do NOT subscribe to this company...you'll end up having to get a new bank card to stop the subscription!

Desired outcome: I just want the subscription to end!

Keep a record of all cancellation attempts, emails, and charges. If they keep charging, contact your bank to block further payments and request a chargeback. Don't let them keep you stuck in this loop.
