I worked an extra 4 hours Jan 14th 2024 and still have not been paid 10 months later. It’s now November 5th 2024.
I am also having a problem getting paid for a shift on November 2nd, 2024. I have called, chatted, and they keep saying it will be 24-48 hrs, and up to 5 days for clearly a problem on their end where the facility gets an error when they try and resolve the shift.

A 10-month delay for pay is unacceptable, especially with recent unpaid hours still unresolved. Since ShiftKey hasn’t addressed the issue through normal communication channels, consider sending a formal written demand for payment, referencing both dates, hours worked, and the continued delays you've experienced. If they don't respond promptly, contacting your state’s labor department to file a wage complaint could escalate the matter and prompt action.
