They delivered faulty books. Folded books when packed, glue on the pages inside, ink marks along with some orders taking 60 days to arrive here. Proof copies we paid top $$ for air shipments took up to 3 weeks to arrive

We were dealing with Harvey.

They refuse to reprint faulty manufactured books. They refused to refund any money we paid.

The Company refuses to acknowledge us and replies are not forthcoming to honour their guarantee. Their website states QUALITY AND HONESTY.

Desired outcome: A refund in the amount of 640 dollars USD towards printing, so that we can print the damaged books elsewhere.
