SheerID review: Support and student verification

Sheer ID does not have an active support team. They do not get back to you when trying to get assistance with student verification. They do not have any other way to reach support other than an online form (that doesn't get a response), and a number to call to leave a message - that doesn't get a response. They claim they will get back to you within one business day. They do not. Even after more than two weeks, we still have not been given support, no matter how many times we try to reach out and explain that the deadline to have it for school has already come and gone.
