Shadow Wood Mobile Home Park review: Speeding in park in access of 30+ miles per hour

We are in need ofsome action to be taken….
I live on Cortland drive, and sick of the speeding cars flying down This street. If you yell to slow down, they cuss you, flip you off ect. The speed limit is 15 mph. They are going more than 35+ mph. Cortland Drive and Shadow Wood Blvd have turned into drag strips. I'm afraid to back out of my driveway due to them going so fast. I saw one of the speeders fly up behind a golf cart (that had children and adults on it) and scream to get the [censored] out of his way. This is the same person that cursed out the paving crew after driving on the black top road before the even got done. because he couldn't get to his house, In the new section. Something NEEDS to be done … They are going to kill someone. And I'm not just saying this. We need speed control of some kind in this park before it's to late.
