Take flexiplan regret all your life trust me that Courts is not flexible their interest keep increasing like nobody business, first from 4000 plus to 6k then from 6k now is 10k, I do not earn alot also I only can afford 200 every month as my salary is low and I need feed my mother and family I am trying upgrade myself but with courts mental stress I cannot! So many times the indian guy from courts calling shouting at the phone like a loan shark and the lady as well! Is not I do not want pay, I have pay everytime you guys make noise but lower the sum my account is already closed so why keep increasing the interest! If you want me pay I can but after 2 months as I need secure my job first and this bad debt is giving me headaches I cannot eat sleep or work properly everytime I get phobia. Call me settle 200 then call my father also to pay 200 get my father involve for what? Say got rebate when I call say want settle say sorry rebate finish pay higher amount, do not play like this courts how many people suffer because of this? Can you make a fix amount stop increasing the interest and be flexible? Come. On la still pay right coming gst pay you

Courts Singapore - A very bad attitude and service from 2 salesman I received
26/6/19 Wednesday 8.45pm - 10pm.
8.45pm: My wife and I were there looking around for a fridge and washer. Were being attended by salesman (big guy with a belly wearing specs, eyes small, with a abacus gold ring on his left finger). Was introduced on few fridges, brief explanation on each fridge, everything was going good, till we actually wanna settle for that Mitsubishi fridge. He shared that there's a discount if we purchase this single item. We shared our interest that we are going to get a washer as well, then he says that if we buy 2 items, he can give $200 discount for 2 items total bill. His attitude started to change when we mentioned just this 1 question, "Anymore further discount?." My wife asked humbly. He replied, "$200 not enough ah!". This statement is a very offended statement. I must mentioned here, his tone, his body language and this statement is very sarcastic. My wife was the 1 interacting with the salesman, I'm the 1 who is observing throughout.
Needless say, my wife just turn and walk away. Everything was going smoothly for the whole 10-15mins till this salesman behave in this way.
My wife ask for another salesman Alvin Ting (whom was introduced by the other salesman Li Ping) after she received a sms from Li Ping (as she's on off day).
Alvin was a nice salesman when we met him (at least for 1st impression). The same thing, my wife do all the talking and I'm the 1 observing. She asked on the different Fridge brands for comparison. As for Alvin, he make a clear stand that he won't be down selling other brands as he's from LG. And yes we agreed with him, as my wife and I are working in sales field as well, so we clearly aware that how the trade goes. As we were going to 1 of the LG fridge, Alvin explaining the benefits of this fridge, my wife prompted a few questions on whether that X brand fridge comes with this benefits as compared with his LG fridge. Things started to turn out bad. Alvin, maybe he's getting agitated being prompted for so many questions, he straight shoot us off, "Since that X brand is so good, no point to further explain to u my LG Fridge. U just go and buy that X brand, no need to see around." From here, Alvin body language is already giving him away, turn around looking frustrated and wanna chase us away. This time round my wife didn't turn away, trying to reason with Alvin that we as consumer asking more questions is common, hoping that the salesman can answered and get us the best deal. Of cos Alvin got his reasons not closing our sales. Maybe he thinks that too many questions asked which he can't handle. Well I don't know what's on his mind at that moment. End of the day, we requested to see for their manager. Peter met us and apologised to us. Claiming he will investigate but didn't say will get back to us, so we assume internal investigation will be done to these 2 arrogant salesman.
Frankly speaking, my wife and I are not nasty customers, we do not deserved this type of treatment. As a consumers, we know less on products, salesman definitely have a stronger product knowledge.
As a consumers again, getting the best deal of cos will also sweeten the whole transaction.
As a salesman, getting many questions prompt daily is common. Sincere negotiations always happens in closing a deal. Of cos, rejection on the deal in a nice way makes everything looks better.
Be humble, no matter how powerful your are. All drill down to ones attitude.
Lastly, I will be expecting a explanation email from Courts Singapore.

Im very disappointed with your customer hotline
In past one and half week I have calling them non stop asking them when is my aircon motor wil be repaired. Last friday at 1208pm your operator (I didnt get the name) told me that on tue they will come and will call me on monday to confirm the timing.
Today I call them and ask them what is update status and ask them why they is no call from your side.. As meniton operator christian said that we tried call you but no available. I told her no I was at home all day which number u called.. She called my old number. I ask her why are you calling my old number I alrdy updated and given to you why r u still calling my old number. She unable to give me reason and she scheduled my aircon repair on thurs I told its be more then a wk cnt u slot in tomorrow she cnt full.
I am really verybdisappointed on your courts services seriously very disappointed. At she could make a arrangements tomorrow I much bit happier but there no help from your side

Courts Singapore - Aircon purchase
Courts made me purchase display units which after installation doesn't work. The units have a lot of problem and still under warranty from Samsung. As per Samsung the units have been spilt by courts and they are suppose to pay.
I was informed that units were only display units and are in perfect working condition. It's been 14 days and no response has been made by courts despite my 3 callas and 2 emails.

Courts Singapore - Service
I purchased a washing machine on 23rd Sept 2018 at Courts Tampines Mall.
I chosed the product to be delivered on 26th Sept, time between 11am to 2pm, my parents waited for hours even had to cancel their appointment last minute.
No call received as to why the product is delivered late nothing at all till now 7pm.
I make a call from overseas and was told that the delivery team will call me back but none i do not received any call.
I need to know what is going on, i can understand if it was late fr few hours but this is ridiculous!
Super frustrating plus no one update us anything!

Courts Singapore - Couldn't refund us the full amount for the refrigerator and extremely bad customer service/ethic
My parents bought a refrigerater on 14 September, thursday and she paid the total amount. The delivery suppose to take place on Satuday which is two days later.
On friday, I receive a call from courts saying that the refrigerator we ordered is out of stock which they didnt told us so on that say when we bought it. They ask if we want to wait til next week for the stock to come or we want another colour. The salesperson, michelle said that we havent pay the money for delivery fee which is $70, I ask the them if my mother know about it, which she did not. They only said its a different colour but did not mention about its a different model and with extra charges, and I did clarify with her. I only found out about the extra charges after the refrigerator is delivered.
Later in the late afternoon, the delivery man suddenly call us and ask if they can delivery the refrigerator on friday, I told them my parents are not at home, and wait for my notice til my parents comes back. But they still keep calling after that on my phone and house phone, they push us to receive to saying that they are in the area and will delivery it first and collect the money later.
So we were very dissatisfied with them and wanted a refund from them, we went store today on 16 September, Saturday, they said they could not return the full amount to us and demand us to pay 25% which is $388+ of the full amount $800+. This is ridiculous, coming up with excuses, just because they said we already open the box, I mean dont we have to check the item and wouldnt the delivery man automatically open and install it for us? I already read courts there is return, exchange, refund policy and if we refund it states that we only have to keep the box and stuffs.
Or that we keep the refrigerator and demand us to pay the extra charges $70 and they give us grocery vouncher. Saying that their company will make a loss, so not caring about customer is their first priority it seems.
This is way too much. We are just asking them to return us the money. It seems like we are totally being scamed step by step and they are using so many ways not to return the money to us, when we already paid the full amount to them during the purchase.

courts flexi plan my greatest mistake taking as a result they keep increasing the interest and they wont accrue the interest i was willing to come to agreement when they had a rebate but they say no such thing as i looked at the letter 1 month later, first from 2k then went to 4k now is 7k and they threatening me to shoot up to 10 k what have i done wrong tell me for a bloody electronic items summing up to 2k plus with flexi plan for 5 years i have to pay courts 6k plus wtf for? and now your saying because i am willing to pay 100 per month cause i need to feed my family and for my other expense i earn only 1400 per month and your asking me pay full 7k how can? and your customer service like [censored] calling me on my handphone talking like a ah long demanding i pay the money if not you want to come my house threatening me. i did pay 200 cause i scared as there are kids at home. there is no sales agency that goes as far and you are stepping overboard the limits. case wont help, mp wont help so what you want to kill people with the debts isit? tell me isit fair of us paying your bloody interest or for what we purchased? i think its fair only paying for the product worth not for interest as i will not fund a corrupt organisation such as courts
