I purchased a refill for my date book on Amazon.com with Sell Lounge being the merchant. They sent me the wrong book and when I contacted them, it took them two days to respond to my original email and every email thereafter. They insisted that they had sent me the correct item and then by the fourth or fifth email exchange asked for photographs of what I received. I sent them the photographs which they then claimed they couldn't open. I pasted the photos into the body of another email and they finally conceded that they made a mistake and asked that I return the book. I informed them that I was not willing to pay to return an item that they sent me in error so after another week and several more emails, they sent me a prepaid shipping label. I returned the book to them and by tracking the item, I was able to determine that they received it but to this day they are denying that they ever got it back. I ordered this item in November, 2014 and it is now March, 2015. I never received my money back and I never received a replacement item so this adventure has cost me $55 in total since I am out the original $25 plus the $30 I had to spend on a new date book.

Thank you for posting this feedback! I "was" going to place an order with this company but after reading about their poor customer service I will not be placing an order. Company's do not realize that one negative review about the way their customer service team responds to a customers problem affects them greatly. Thank you again for the heads up to a company that does not care about customer satisfaction.

I received an order the other day from Sell Lounge, Inc. through Amazon.com. I had ordered a fountain pen and a bottle of ink. When I opened the envelope containing the ink, the ink had leaked all over the box it was in and made a huge mess. Black ink. Not only that, the bottle had ink on it and the label was barely hanging on.
I took a photo of this mess and sent it to Amazon plus wrote a review for Sell Lounge. It's been a few days now and no one has contacted me, not even Amazon. I sent another email just a few minutes ago.
I didn't ask for a refund but I DID ask for a replacement bottle of ink. I don't appreciate paying for a full bottle of ink only to get 3/4 of it.
If this is the way Sell Lounge, Inc does business I will never order from them again. In fact, I should have ordered my pen and ink directly from the Noodler's website. The only reason I ordered it from Amazon is because I had Prime which I cancelled yesterday.
