I gotta say, my experience with SecurityNational Mortgage Co was pretty darn good. They're based outta Midvale, Utah, and let me tell ya, they know how to take care of their customers. The follow-up and customer service they provided throughout the whole mortgage process was top-notch.

Now, I ain't no expert when it comes to mortgages, but these folks made it easy for me. They were there every step of the way, answering all my questions and making sure I understood what was goin' on. I gotta give 'em props for that.

One thing I really appreciated was their attention to detail. They didn't miss a beat when it came to keepin' me in the loop. They were always on top of things, makin' sure everything was movin' along smoothly. It gave me peace of mind, ya know?

And let's talk about their customer service. These guys were friendly as can be. They treated me like a real person, not just another number. It made the whole process feel more personal and less like a transaction. That's somethin' you don't see every day.

Overall, I gotta say I'm one satisfied customer. SecurityNational Mortgage Co really knows how to do business. If you're lookin' for a mortgage company that's got your back, these guys are the real deal. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

This website got a pretty cool blog with loads of helpful info for peeps who wanna buy a crib. I learned a bunch of useful tips and I reckon SecurityNational Mortgage is worth tellin' my folks and pals about. Even my real estate agent is all about their home financin' services.

We're the sellers and this is the buyer's lender. Because of their incompetence, what was supposed to be a 15-day closing has now stretched into its fourth week. The appraiser they hired seemed to have little to no experience, as their valuation came back with a whopping $50k difference. The comparable properties used were not even close to being accurate.

After some back-and-forth negotiation, we were able to come to a deal. The buyer even did a final walk-through, but to our dismay, a 72-hour delay was followed by yet another 72-hour delay caused by the lender. It's frustrating that this lender refuses to communicate with our agent and their office. Not only that, but they also seem to be avoiding any form of communication with the title company and our agent as well. It's as if there's no sense of accountability on their part.

To make matters worse, it seems like lies have been told to the buyer's agent. This whole situation reeks of a scam, making it clear that people should steer clear of this internet mortgage company. It's important to be cautious and avoid dealing with such untrustworthy individuals.

I've been trying for 6 months to discuss my PMI with a representative, sending in the required information via email. On the first attempt, I didn't hear back from them for 4 months. They cited that my information needed further review. I then got a form letter stating they couldn't help me, at least for another year. I reached out again, got ANOTHER form letter back stating basically the same thing. In the mean time, I've discussed my situation over their chat feature, and the "Live agent" said "email the department and they would assist you" after I've told them I wanted to speak with a department manager. Each and EVERY TIME, the person disconnected the chat when I requested speaking with a manager - no notice, nothing! They have NO way to contact this department via phone - just a terrible customer satisfaction experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Foreign National Mortgage, second home. This mortgage company is a complete disgrace! They are all about making money off of you! We had a terrible experience with them. They didn't even pay our contents insurance from our escrow account, which left our home completely uninsured! Can you believe that? And when we confronted them about it, they just came up with all sorts of excuses. It's absolutely ridiculous!

What's even worse is that their product doesn't allow you to pay down the capital. They trap you in a never-ending cycle of paying them money, all while they continue to make a profit off of you. It's a total money-making scheme! This company is just horrid, and we deeply regret ever using them to buy our vacation home.

We can't wait for the penalty period to be over so that we can switch to a lender that is actually rated, credible, ethical, and responsible. This company doesn't even bother responding to emails! They have this air of arrogance about them that is just infuriating. We can't even begin to express how upset and disappointed we are with them, especially considering all the money they've made off of us.

To make matters worse, our mortgage rate is a whopping 6.99%! Can you believe that? They are raking in nearly $1000 a month in interest from us! We are just an average, hardworking couple, and we feel like we have been completely taken advantage of. It's absolutely outrageous!

We will never, ever use this company again. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy and greedy. We strongly advise anyone considering using them to think twice. Save yourself the headache and find a lender that actually cares about their customers. Trust us, you'll be much better off.

I'm really frustrated, let me tell you. This company, Security National Mortgage Company, is the absolute worst when it comes to communication. I recently applied to buy a new home and was checking out different companies to finance my loan. Somehow, I ended up getting information from Security National Mortgage Company. Little did I know that agreeing to buy my home from the builder would open the floodgates for all these other companies trying to get a piece of the pie. It's overwhelming, I tell ya.

So, I think I got assigned to this person named Kimberly M Synder. I think she's my loan officer or something like that. She asked for some of my personal financial info, but she conveniently left out the loan amount and the address. Now, she's demanding the address or else! I've tried emailing and leaving messages to discuss this with her, but I haven't gotten a single reply. Can you believe it? It's like talking to a brick wall.

The thing is, I already got my mortgage approved by a different company, thank goodness. I'll be moving into my new home this month, and I couldn't be happier. As a disabled US Army Veteran, I'm used to dealing with poor communication and slow response times from the VA. But this? This is a whole new level of frustration.

Let me tell you, folks, be careful when you do business with Security National Mortgage Company. They'll leave you hanging and won't even bother to respond to your messages. It's just not worth the headache.
