The installer told me a second door lock would be free since I was buying one for the front door. He then proceeded to do the work and told me I would be billed for the locks. On 10/15/2025 a charge wen through for 2 locks. I called to get credited but they said the charge was correct even though I showed them text message from the installer saying it was free. I sent them copies of the text and then they ignored me. I disputed the charge with my bank and they credited it back to me. 8 months later now it shows up as a collection on my credit report which I am now disputing. I have called adt and cancelled my services with them and let them know that secure24 was the reason and they are not happy because they stated that this is not an isolated incident and that they would look into it asap. I hope they do and I hope secure24 loses their contract with them. Stay away from secure24.
