Absolutely horrific experience with Sebastian Cruz Designs! Do not shop at this website! The online address for Sebastian Cruz Designs website is www.sebastiancruzdesigns.com. The physical address is listed as 1604 Long Crescent Dr., Bristol, VA 24201. The owner is Sherri Burke or Sherri Michelle Burke.
I ordered several outfits from Sherri Burke at Sebastian Cruz Designs through her website back in May 2013. The clothes and designs looked really cute. So, I paid nearly $750 in advance. We never received the order at all nor did I receive any correspondence from Sherri Burke. It is five months later and I am still waiting for a refund. I've been requesting, literally, for months that Ms. Burke just send my money back to me. She just ignores me except for one instance, when she said that she did not have any access to her or Sebastian Cruz Designs' financial records because the accountant had her paperwork.
It is unfortunate because the styles on the website look very cute but, at this point, Sherri Burke of Sebastian Cruz Designs is really just a thief, by taking my payment of nearly $750! and not sending any merchandise nor failing to provide a refund.
Do not shop at Sebastian Cruz Designs whatever you do! You do not need to undergo the stress and frustration of not receiving your order and not getting a refund.
The same thing has happened to me. I've attempted multiple times to contact them-- all they have is an email address. I'm out over $200. I plan to find a way to pursue them legally just out of principle. They should not be in business.
