My parents who are both pensioners my dad having mobility issues bought a 2 seater recliner and recliner chair which was meant to be delivered on 23 June so my parents got rid of their suite this delivery date then got cancelled they then got told it would be delivered today the 8th of July that got cancelled yesterday and a new date was given of the 13 July my dad was told to contact customer service to ask for temporary suite which was done to be told no he’s not to get anything to sit on, disgraceful treatment of pensioners considering they spend over £5000 in store
