I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Scorpion Legal Protection regarding a case I reported in Feb 2025 involving faulty engine repairs by Therapro Trailer & Truck Parts.
Despite submitting all required documents to the assigned legal advisor, Cameron Naidoo, he went silent for over a month. After escalating to your complaints team, I was told a letter of demand was sent, with a promise of feedback in 7 days — this never happened. Later, I was contacted by a new advisor, Anele, who was unaware of the case and offered no real solution, instead advising me to open a Small Claims Court case myself — which defeats the purpose of paying monthly premiums for legal protection.
She later mentioned possible compensation but gave no details and promised to follow up, which has not happened. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I request a full investigation into the handling of my case, clarity on its current status, and a concrete proposal for compensation. Please respond within 24 hour's.
