I'm having a problem with my Sceptre TV. I tried to call the 1-800 number numerous times. Every time I call the recording says no one is available and they want you to leave a message. I think that's ridiculous. I would like to be able to call and speak to someone in technical support. I left a message a week ago and still haven't received a call back. I left a second message last night and again haven't heard from anyone. I would rather speak to someone directly in technical support opposed to sending an email or chatting with someone online but I guess it's not an option to call the company and speak with someone. Worst customer service ever.
