SBPTG review: Tax product group

Im hard working person thats looking to receive my irs refund and im beening told by this bank that they have to locate my money I was on a 3way call with the person that prepaired ;my taxes and a represenative from this company my deposit has been sitting in this account since july 7th 2022 it is july 21 2002 monies still not been release to my tax prepairer so they can print me a check I decided to look up the reviews on this business and its horrible service when it comes to consumers tax returns. How is it that our money is trusted with this company and they have nerve tell u they have to locate your money when its in there account and how I know this I went to irs personally 3 x they printed me out a transcript of the direct deposit were the monies is just sitting there. I waited 7 months because irs was back log. Now I have wait till my money is located can someone make since outt of this because I cant. Seem to understand please advise me on what to do to get this company to release my refund to ppl that prepaired my taxes I need my check not now but right now, thank u monique d hill) [protected]@gmail.com
