In July I contacted Save on Solar because I wanted to add more solar panels to my home. +Gayle came and gave us an estimate and we proceeded with the purchase. It was a different type of panel than we originally had installed from this Company. Installation went fine and final payment was made. A month later one panel was not working. The owner Gayle Hodges did not give us any paperwork upon the final payment. She said she would forward it later. I have called and texted and she will not answer any calls. I need to find what type of panels were installed to return it. I called another company to help me out and they have contacted Enphase but nothing yet.
I need my paperwork from Save on Solar for my records, for an exchange and for tax purposes. It's the beginning of December and she still hasn't contacted or mailed me my paperwork. She was paid in full for $15,888.00
