Santander Consumer USA review: My truck being repossessed

Got my truck and around 27,000 of my money plus $8,000 in down payment. If I knew that Chrysler capital was Santander. Would have never bought the truck. Told could refinance from the sales rep in a 1 year. Website says does not refinance with customers who have open loans with them. They messed up once on payment and finally got that straightened out. They think I'm dumb and not going to do anything. $500 of payment not showing on their statement they finally sent me and my bank statement shows it and principal doesn't match what I have paid so over $1700 of that is in their pocket and not 9n my truck. Truck was $35, 000. Payed in around 27, 000 on the truck. Well, as I expected, reposed. The Santander way, everything is designed for their win. Fees just come from everywhere when you ask y. FYI, the late fees are included with the total price, not separate. All apart from a script that is written for them to say to you on the phone, all lies and excuses. They need to go ASAP, like yesterday last year.
