Santa Barbara Tax Group Products review: Federal and state tax refund

I was suppose to receive my refunds by direct deposit into my bank account. However, they sent me some bogus looking cashier's check. On May 15, 2022. I could not cash them anywhere not even my own bank. Therefore, I called the company they sent me forms to fill out and and told me to send the checks back to them so I did exactly what I said I would do and filled the forms out and sent both federal and state checks back however, it is now July 9, 2022 and I still have not received my direct deposit I am unable to reach the company at all. This is absolutely ridiculous. This company has no integrity, and definitely lacks professionalism!
