I have requested a detailed statement 3every week for the last 3 m,onths, and receive nothing to date. I made payments direct to the backing account on a monthly statement that went uncaptured for 3 months and having unfair interest charged. I have called customer service a number of times, just empty promise's saying they have sent the request in. I am trying to sort my outstanding account out but get no help from Sanlam. I am not sure what to do anymore as this is a urgent matter.
