I notified sanlam on the 20th august 2026 that my husband has passed away in may 2026, because he had a personal loan with them. They acknowledged receiving my email and told me they will notify me of the outcome. I am trying to close his estate and am following up with everyone. I sent them another email and I saw it was read but did not receive feedback on it. Can you please help me! I will attach the trail of mails below as well.
