This product would be a good product if the instructions were clearer. They do not give you temperature rangers for dry times and set up times which will be a disaster for when their "self-leveling LRB" does not self-level. and when you call and ask questions, they do treat you well, speaking to you like you're a fool and leaving you without the answers you need. When I confronted the customer service rep, he told me about the different percentages the LRB has on thinning ranges which were not on the instructions. for such an expensive product I would expect much more support on how their product works. Now Im left with a finished surface that has many blemishes because the instructions were vague and do not prepare you for unexpected sceneries, and when I reached out on what to do the response, I received was like the Rep did not even read my questions and read from a script. I'm very unsatisfied after spending 7 thousand dollars with this company.

I was impressed with the quality of the products and the level of customer service provided by SANI-TRED. The PERMAFLEX base coat was easy to apply and provided a strong bond between the cement floor slab and walls. The LRB/TAV mixture was perfect for filling in the extensive crack/joint and sealing it up tight. Finally, the PERMAFLEX topcoat provided a smooth and durable finish that tied everything together.
