Item was damaged by one of team. The unit had just been bought that day from ikea and installed. One of the team hit the unit with the TV. I asked for this to be replaced as I had paid a lot of money for it and I was told they would paint it. I said that this should be replaced, I was told via WhatsApp that no replacement would happen and they would see me in court.

Sana Movers is a useless and totally unprofessional team.
First, they were late to the previously fixed time.
Second, they were slowly and lazy moving like turtles. My wife and parents moved items faster and more efficient.
Third, when they brought all items from my old apartment to the truck they simply disappeared for 3 hours. My wife was waiting for them at the new apartment. And when I called them they said they went for lunch and after that got in traffic jam because of some fire. However my father went from JBR to Palm in 10 minutes without any traffic jam. I checked myself on google maps and there was a small jam only for 15 minutes. They didn't even tell me that they were supposed to go for lunch.
Four, when I spoke with manager he interrupted me all the time, didn't even try to manage the situation, he just laughed at me and threatened me if I don't pay for their poor service they know how to get money from me.
Unbelievable and unacceptable service.
Never select this company. You will be totally unsatisfied.

Never use Sana Movers. We did & what a huge mistake.

We paid for packing & unpacking, 5 guys with 4 ton truck-also am 6 months pregnant so paid the extra for "peace of mind" they promised

They sent another company from Sharjah which I only realised upon arriving at new house as they were on another job. They never informed me & once I realised it was too late. Promised 5 guys & 4 turn up-with a 3 ton truck only. This company did not want to unpack & gave up, they started moaning & lingering outside after 4:30pm. . They were meant to put things back on wall-I said no except for 1 shelf. On drilling the wall they hit a pipe & the water leak was so bad that the mains were turned off & had to stay in hotel for night. After many discussions they agreed to fix-came & did possibly the most botched up job I've seen in my life. Sana movers (john the manager) then did not answer the mobile after 6pm as he must be off duty/couldn't be bothered, whilst I have a major water leak in my house. Also he kept saying deal with the other company (although we didn't sign with them or agreed to work with them).

I literally can't find anything in my house. Many items damaged during move-an expensive clock-which they didn't care about. Packing was so bad that random items from different rooms packed into one, now finding anything means scouring through many boxes.

Never use Sana Movers ! They are fraudsters & outsource to much cheaper company (who are exporters not even movers!) . What we actually paid to move a simple 1 bedroom apartment-Sana movers charged us extortionate fee to pack & drop (no unpacking ), paid for a hotel as no water in house, paid for additional support to do unpacking & then a carpenter to fixed the job of cementing the wall as it's awful.
