Wow where do I start? I wish I had never bought my San Juan Fiberglass pool from this place! I was promised the world and 3 months after my pool was installed the filters are still not working correctly. They send a pool tech out that can only fix one thing at a time or doesn't have the proper parts or chemical. The pool tech tells you that certain parts are needed and says he will tell management to order them and 2 weeks later I find out nothing is ordered. They let the water in my pool go green before they started working on problems. I have an in- floor cleaning system that still doesn't work right. The heads don't move.The in floor canister runs dry and I'm told that its supposed to run like that. PROBLEMS PROBLEMS PROBLEMS. STAY AWAY Unless you feel like calling this place everyday and getting promised that people are coming to fix the problems and then finding out after staying home all day that you stayed home for nothing because they don't show up...When you call too much and they know your number on caller ID they stop answering... Buyer Beware! Once they have your money good luck!

Ha Ha I don't think San Juan Pools even cares. I tried to call this McCarthy fella too and no one even responded. San Juan are a bunch of arrogant people down in Florida. I talked to this Mary Ann she was a real ###.
Call Tom McCarthy. He is the San Juan rep. For the area. [protected]. I got his number from corporate in Florida. I had a cracked pool and back door masters walked away. This guy McCarthy never returned my calls, but worth another try.
