I went to Michael Kors outlet in Premium outlets in Eagan MN on Saturday August 17 at about 1.30 pm along with my wife. I wanted to buy a ladies watch, which did not fit on my wife's wrist. I asked if the chain can be extended. The sales girl told me that I need to contact customer service to find out if and when chain extensions are provided by the company. As no definite time limit was given by sales girl, we decided not to buy the watch.
Then my wife selected sun glasses and she lined up in the queue to pay for the sun glasses. As I was standing in the corner another sales associate came to me and told me that you can buy watch at different stores like Coach. I said that ; you don't have to tell me where to buy watch or not. She got upset on my reply back, and while I was about to pay for sunglasses at the register ; a security officer came to me and asked me to leave the store immediately, and the cashier refused to accept my payment for the sun glasses.
At this point we both left the store immediately.
This is disgrace to customers, and humiliation to member of public by rude and arrogant sales person .
Is it Power of Large corporate or sales associates to inflict humiliation without being accountable to fair and just resolution.
Unethical behaviour, elder abuse

The web sites [sales-associate.com; gomortgageleads.com; medicaresupplementleads.com; medicare-leads.com; newlead.com] the ones I found, claim they will provide medicare leads, mortgage leads, etc. After you send your money, via deposit into their Bank of America account or wire transfer only, they first claim that there was an error with your order. Then they send you alleged leads from a person using name Tony Richardson, Appointment Delivery Department. However when you contact the people they are hostile and tell you they specifically did NOT agree to an appointment.
Jennifer Bandera then says well you have to submit a Customer Feedback Report to Rosemary Campbell. Courtney Davis is the name used for person said to be Scheduling Coordinator. Then there is someone using name Robert Bradley who claims to be Billing Manager.
When you call [protected] you can try entering any extension but the only working one is Jennifer Bandera, ext. 202 and all you get is voicemail.
This is a SCAM! Do NOT sent these people money.
Does anyone know anything about the owner and any of the employees? I want to file a complaint with my local police department to initiate legal proceedings.

I agree with your analysis; This is a scam. big time. Sales associate only take check initially, big red flag...run. This company is a con artist, thief, and terrible unethical. They promised to replace the leads, but never does so. Rosemary is a front.. no such person exist. Tony Richardson, does not exist. It is all fraud. Run --do not send this company money.
