I made an appointment with Safelite last Tuesday, for next Monday, and today on a Saturday afternoon, Jackson from Fairfield Ca Safelite Auto Glass decides to call me to provide instructions that I will need to have BEFORE Monday at 7am, which will be impossible for me to get ready to that time. A Simple question: why did nobody say anything to me on Tuesday, or Wednesday or Thursday or maybe even Friday when I might have had a bit more time to get the car ready with your REQUESTS... But no, Safelite Auto Glass waits till Saturday to tell me what I need by Monday morning at 7 am.
Profesional? Not even close. Courteous? Absolutely not! But it’s ok. I will call Farmers and find BETTER OPTIONS THAN SAFELITE AUTO GLASS. Solution? Or simply a suggestion, when someone makes an appointment days ago and you have specific requests, please communicate with your customer Earlier, PLEASE.
